Sarasota is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Sarasota follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Imaginative spot for your younger children. The place could use a serious sprucing up but it was well worth the visit. They even have dress up cloths for the children to wear at no additional charge. Take your water bottles in the summer heat. Thereβs tables for you to have a picnic lunch. I thought this was a really nice imaginative experience. Unfortunately my grandchildren were too old for it (ages 7 and 9).

My girls and I stumbled upon this enchanting place, and it was our first time there. Everything about it was mysterious and magical, making for a truly memorable experience. The giant bamboo βrainforestβ with misters provided a refreshing break on a scorching day. We explored the fairy gardens, ran under the giant dragon legs, swung, dug in the sand pits, and even made woodland potions and pies in the outdoor kitchen. There were bridges to cross, a stable tire tower to climb, and a giant octopus to conquer. We met old Grayson, who lounged grumpily at the entrance like the Cheshire cat from Alice in Wonderland, while two friendly birds chirped a cheerful hello from their cage. In the distance, a train went by and all the kids screamed in delight as it whistled past. It was an incredible adventure, and we canβt wait to return for more!

Beautiful place for kids to spend an afternoon. Our 6 year old love it, they did a book reading and an activity. Overall itβs a really charming outdoor park for kids, lots of little places to explore and enjoyable for parents and maybe older kids too.

An outdoor, imagination, play garden for all ages. Different sections of play and imagination. Free parking on the street and across the garden. Plenty of picnic tables to bring your lunch or snacks! Spend one hour or spend all day and enjoy the fun!

I cannot begin to tell you how magical this place is! It is a beautiful piece of land tucked away downtown. There are gorgeous mature trees and vines providing the perfect amount of shade and sunshine. The first place you come to on the property after check in/gift shop is a dress up room with an amazing selection. My daughter had a blast in here! We proceeded to hobbitville with adorable tree house and mud kitchen (sans mud) to make nature delicacies. After that we visiting the rainforest with misters that not only provide awesome prism light but a great way to cool off. The sculptures and climbing structures throughout the gardens are so well thought out and perfect for open ended play. To be honest everything was incredibly well thought out- they even provide bug spray to use for a donation and the gift shop included homemade craft kits with everything you need (we bought a fairy wand craft kit that included paint, ribbon, adhesive gems and beads that my daughter really enjoyed doing when we got home). We could have spent hours upon hours exploring and imagining here if we weren't on a time constraint but will absolutely plan a return visit the next time we are in the area. We s
